HOW I USE INFORMATION
I may use personal information to:
• Respond to questions and contact requests
• Determine whether my services may be appropriate for your needs
• Schedule and provide coaching, Grief Recovery, life-transition, caregiving, or end-of-life support services
• Communicate about appointments, services, invoices, payments, and follow-up

I currently communicate individually with clients and people who contact me. I do not currently use submitted information to distribute a newsletter or routine marketing emails.
If that practice changes, this policy will be updated and any legally required consent or unsubscribe option will be provided.
SENSITIVE INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION SAFETY
Because my work may involve grief, health and well-being, caregiving, relationships, life transitions, or end-of-life concerns, information you choose to share may be personal or sensitive. I treat this information with care and limit its use to legitimate service and business purposes.
General website forms, ordinary email, text messaging, Facebook Messenger, and other social-media communications may not be fully secure. Please do not use these channels to send information that is unnecessary, highly sensitive, or urgent.
My services are not emergency services. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, call 911 or contact an appropriate emergency or crisis service.
Coaching and Grief Recovery services are not medical care, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or psychotherapy. Holding an NPI or health-and-wellness coaching credential does not, by itself, mean that every communication or record is governed by HIPAA.
SCHEDULING, PAYMENTS, AND VIRTUAL SERVICES
I use third-party providers to support my business and services:
• GoDaddy hosts and supports this website and its contact features.
• Acuity/Squarespace Scheduling processes appointment requests and related scheduling information.
• Square is used to send invoices and process payments. When you select the payment button on a Square invoice, you provide your payment information directly to Square. Square processes and stores that information according to its own privacy and security practices.
I receive the information necessary to identify the invoice and confirm whether payment was completed. I do not receive or store your complete credit- or debit-card number.
• Zoom may be used to conduct virtual conversations and sessions.
• Email, telephone, text-messaging, and internet-service providers may transmit business communications.
These providers may collect and process information according to their own privacy policies, security practices, and terms. I encourage you to review their policies when using their services.
FACEBOOK AND OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA
When you visit or interact with my Facebook Page or another social-media account, the platform may independently collect information about you. Its collection and use of information are governed by its own privacy policy and account settings.
I may receive information that you voluntarily provide through comments, messages, forms, reactions, appointment actions, or other interactions. I may use that information to:
• Respond to you
• Provide requested information
• Manage my business page
• Arrange conversations, appointments, or services
This Privacy Policy governs my handling of information I receive. It does not control how Meta, Facebook, or another platform collects, uses, or retains information.
Please do not post sensitive personal information publicly or send unnecessary sensitive information through social-media messaging.

This website and its service providers may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for:
• Website operation and security

I do not currently use personal information for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising, and I do not sell personal information.
You may be able to limit cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the operation of certain website, scheduling, or payment features.
HOW INFORMATION MAY BE SHARED

I use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures intended to protect personal information.
